The data products of the abundance of coccobacteria,pico eukaryotic plankton,pico photosynthetic plankton and heterotrophic bacteria in Jiaozhou Bay cover the time span from 2006 to 2016,with monthly time resolution and 0.0125 ° spatial resolution.
