1940-2020 Global 1-degree ocean temperature grid data products

Dataset Overview

The global ocean temperature data product, led by Cheng Lijing,Associate Researcher of the Institute of Atmosphere and Zhu Jiang,co founded by the Oceanographic Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,is mainly based on all the available field observation data such as XBT,CTD,Argo,MBT,Glider, etc.,using the new XBT data deviation correction scheme (CH14),MBT correction scheme (Gouretski&Cheng,2020) New lattice scheme (Ensemble optimal difference method EnOI-DE based on dynamic ensemble samples),"resample test" evaluation scheme and other technologies have been developed, effectively overcoming the main problems of current mainstream schemes.
