1940-2020 Global 1-degree ocean salinity grid data products

Dataset Overview

The global ocean salinity data product, led by Li Jing,an associate researcher of the Institute of Atmospheres,is mainly developed based on XBT,CTD,Argo,MBT and other field observation data, using XBT data deviation correction scheme (CH14),new grid scheme (EnOI-DE,a collective optimal difference method based on dynamic collective samples),"resampling test" evaluation scheme and other technologies, which effectively overcome the main problems of the current mainstream scheme.
