1940-2021 Global 1-degree ocean absolute geostrophic grid data products
The absolute geostrophic current data released by Cheng Lijing,a researcher team from the Institute of Atmospheric Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences,is based on the 1-degree ocean temperature and 1-degree salinity grid point data products. Using IAP temperature and salinity data,the absolute geostrophic current is calculated by combining the P-vector method with the dynamic altitude method,and the global ocean surface,subsurface and mesospheric circulation data sets are constructed.
