CBAS Global Data Products for Sustainable Development (2022)
Motivated towards innovation-driven sustainable development, the
International Research Center of Big Data for Sustainable Development Goals
(CBAS) is committed to working with the international community to facilitate
the implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda, with a view to achieving stronger,
greener and healthier global development. Substantive activities are conducted
by sharing SDG data products to bridge the global digital divide.
Focusing on two important subjects of human development: food security and human-nature interactions, this year CBAS focuses on six SDGs of the UN 2030 Agenda: Zero Hunger, Clean Water and Sanitation, Sustainable Cities and Communities, Climate Action, Life below Water and Life on Land, and advances the efforts in releasing a series of Global SDG Data Products by conducting quantitative monitoring and evaluation of SDG indicators at global and regional scales, with the goal to provide scientific data support for the Global Development Initiative and the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
